    Great!

    I hope their commercial and science launches / projects continue well.

    Diversity and competition makes sense in this market, unlike water, electricity, mains gas, telecoms infrastructure etc, of which a country should have only one wholesale version regulated to suit consumers.

    In other words, India has joined the MIRV ICBM club. After all, what is the point of having nuclear weapons if you cannot deliver them effectively.

    So, now, what were the civilian applications?
