Convergence
Jawbone is trying to claim theft of trade secrets when a simpler explanation may be available - convergence. Two products occupying the same market with similar feature sets are going to be very similar. For example smartphones roughly resemble each other and have OSes that work approximately the same way.

Most of these "fitness" trackers have been shown to have wildly innacurate readings in any case.
Want to know *accuratley* what your heart rate is? Find your pulse, count how many beats in 10 seconds then multiply by 6.
Fkin easy.
Remember, eat healthy, take regular exercise, die anyway.
