    I don't know whether to roll my eyes and say " a ton of money for what?" or to be afraid, very afraid once governmental departs start using them.

      T'wouldn't surprise me in the least to see the resurgence of lighter than air craft especially for surveillance. LADAR,RADAR, and LANTIRN oh my.
