If they could get the stock price up above $1 then they'd be worth a buy but the stock price has been steadily on the decline for the last 18 months so I can't see them improving anytime soon.

The only way is a stock split as they aren't selling much with the bare bone of a sales force left in the building.

You can jiggle and split the stocks any way you want, but that won't change your under $50,000,000. valuation.

Unlikely

It's going to be hard to increase the valuation through sales. Rumor has it they have no sales or presales left in the UK, while the whole Germany team resigned en mass last month.

And their Glassdoor reviews read like plot summaries from Game of Thrones...

This is what happens if you run a business that never achieves profitability. Nimble and Pure are going to end up the same way as expenses are growing faster than revenue at both companies.
