Dell kills CRT suit

Dell has dropped an eight-year-long price-fixing lawsuit against LG. The two sides have filed in a Northern California District Court to end the case, in which Dell accused LG of illegally conspiring with other CRT monitor makers to hike up prices in the late 1990s.
