    More evidence that the drop in tech valuations is putting pressure on the Dell/EMC merger

    I doubt that Dell would have contemplated divesting their security businesses otherwise. Selling the ex-Perot Systems services business makes more sense, because then Dell/EMC can go to the reseller community and say that they are no longer in competition with them.
