    Why do I get the impression that Qualcomm are trying to apply US laws and judicial thinking to a foreign country and are getting rather upset when it isn't working?

      protectionism at it's worst

      Why do I get the feeling that Korea saw how China put a wall between qualcomm and the many chinese companies not paying their license fees, and thought that they can put some noise between qualcomm and Samsung to help their local megacorp out, and maybe get some sweet antitrust settlement out of it at the same time?
