    "Open Container Initiative"

    Sounds like an initiative to allow walking around with an open beer in the streets, something we still can't do in a lot of US cities.

    I thought open container laws were mainly aimed at cutting down drunk driving in US cities, drunk walking while possibly not the best idea is not as high a public safty issue.
