    This deal is costing more than Facebooks revenue. It is only possible because of the value of Facebooks shares.

    it does make one wonder if this deal has the capability of sinking Facebook. Fingers crossed everyone.

    It's transactions like this that give capitalism a bad name - although if it was to cause the death of FB, maybe it would only promote capitalism.....

    So a user account that potentially earns a whole 69p a year (after the free first year, at current rates, before overheads, server and bandwidth costs), is worth $50... and people wonder why the economy went down the plughole a few years ago.
