      Of course it can.

      Just post the opposite thing regardless of how untrue 100 times.

      Herr Goebbels and Joseph Vissarionovich had that method mastered for many many years. Erasing a few of the people who have read it for good measure works well too. As Joseph Vissarionovich apparently loved to say: "Есть человек, есть проблемы, нету человека, нет проблемы".
