    There have been a number of very big winners,

    1) Lawyers & co, you can bet they arn't working on a "no win no fee" basis

    2) Courts, all that lovely money coming in from holding such silly contests

    3) Reporters, having so much dross to print about

    And on major loser, the consumer.
