    battery operating voltage range of 76 to 123 V dc

    Can anybody explain to me what NASA mean here? Do they simply mean that some battery subsystems are 76V and others 123V, or do they actually mean that the batteries are designed to provide power at this very wide voltage range? If the latter, surely this would be very inefficient at best?

    CO2 is natural, it's tree food, it can't be a man made problem, 99% of it comes from the ocean, levels were higher in the past, it would cost too much to fix anyway.

    Just like global warming & evolution, it's a scientific fraud.

    So no problem to fix really. Continue with your space walk.

    Most likely they mean the voltage drops as you draw more current due to the batteries internal resistance:
