    Seems to make sense to me.

    Adwords, by default clearly displays the URL of the landing page of the ad. So it should be OK then?

    URLs can be misleading too.

    ...and AdWOrds ads only show the top level domain. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=Duracell&meta= - your result may vary... these people aren't falsely claiming to BE Duracell and apparently are offering Duracell product, but what if sometime either of those things isn't true? Well, thenethey could be sued...
